Swathed in Festive Baltimore Blues, Beach House.

From one Christmas corker to another of sorts, any few weeks that've been as bathed in Beach House as these last few (Teen Dream veneration/drenching Bristol floorboards with glimmering tears) are rather lovely weeks. This is presumably to be the final fond farewell for 2010 for the Baltimore duo. All things considered I Do Not Care For The Winter Sun was never to be a glorious major key affair, and given their seemingly incessant touring over the past twelve months, you can't help imagine they're hoping for a shed-load of snowfall whilst they're roasting in a log cabin, leaving them incapable of escape until they return for Portishead's ATP Ally Pally takeover come July... Or maybe tour bus bunks are, you know, they're thing...
