Alec Koone, or Balam Acab, professes to 'hoarding new music from you.' If Oh, Why, the first track to be unveiled from his forthcoming LP Wander/Wonder out August 29th on Tri Angle, is anything to go by prepare to be overwhelmed, staggered and subdued. A little like The Age of Adz on approximately 14rpm and accompanied by vocals reminiscent of CocoRosie in a trashcan, it's an altogether stupendous listen. Oh, Why by BALAM ACAB
