Double Dagger are a brutally furious Baltimore trio, melding the brain-frying destruction derby tactics of No Age and Shellac, whilst simultaneously sounding somewhere along the lines of Future Of The Left, were they to indulge on Vitamin D in place of cutting cynicism. Yet with a pulsating sense of melody coursing through its bulging arteries, Pillow Talk throttles and jolts any careless enough to halfheartedly stumble into its path into a post-Thermals sense of trashy post-punk coma gone all askew. Mutilating and mind-numbingly brilliant.
