Glastonbury Festival line up is officially out and about. Last year was quite something. We basically did
this. Back to the here and now however, if previous announcements seemed perhaps a little reserved, get on your boots and delve deep into the what looks to be a fairly fully-formed rundown of who is to grace the myriad stages and mudded fields of Worthy Farm this coming June. With May being the only month obstructing us from the Eavis' festival circuit rewirer, anticipation is already palpable, the bill boasting
Morrissey and the
Wu Tang Clan, on the same day, on the same stage, sandwiching
B.B. King and
Biffy Clyro. Tastes aside, it's questionable as to whether the Pyramid Stage has ever before been compiled and composed of bricks of such diverse colours and shades. The iconic hub of the world's greatest also features the long-awaited return of
Paul Simon, gracing the lands of Somerset as he occupies the Sunday afternoon slot reserved for revered icons of eras past, whilst somewhat more contemporary idols include Sunday night headliner
Beyoncé and
Tinie Tempah, returning to scamper the boards following on from
his bizarre, brief Snoop cameo of yesteryear. The Other Stage too has thrown up its customary haul of essentiality,
Primal Scream airing their effervescent Screamadelica show on Friday, whilst Josh Homme's
Queens Of The Stone Age return to the Farm for the first time since their face-melting, mud-pulverising 2002 show on the very same stage. Other Dots & Dashes highlights on t'Other Stage include
The Kills,
Bright Eyes and
TV On The Radio. Fast-becoming the be-all-and-end-all of all things Glastonbury is Emily Eavis' Park Stage, its secret slots folkloric, its serene ambience euphoric, and this year its Athenian-themed stage is to welcome unrivalled acoustica from the likes of
John Grant,
Sea Of Bees,
Jonny and festival veteran
Gruff Rhys, whilst Alexis Taylor's

Caribou also mesh into a bill made all the more enticing by a handful of secret ingredients. Oxlyers In West, over in the Dance Village conglomerates vibrant electro-tinged pop (

Brother...) that gradually fades into cutting-edge dance, with
Jamie xx taking to the decks and
