Following hot on the steaming heels of
Best Fit Recordings' first release in I Ching's It's Me is the budding label's follow-up, and a beastly creature L.A. is too. The melodic, if spasmodically mucky stylings of
Fanzine render the Weezer-esque outfit the bestest of fits for the label and, although straight outta London, the entitling of the release feels equally apposite for it is irrevocably drenched in an exceedingly blithe estival aesthetic, thus just like that stereotypically renowned of California's capital of degradation.
